HOW MUCH IS P&P?

For UK addresses P&P is £3.95

For overseas orders, please contact us for an accurate price.

CAN I USE FRESH/FROZEN/OLD MILK AND HOW MUCH DO YOU NEED?

We can use either fresh or frozen milk, including milk that has been frozen for years! We normally ask for a maximum of 15ml but can work with much less if needed - for example our Milk Drop pendant only needs 5ml and can be made with 1ml or less if needed :)

I DON'T HAVE ANY BREASTMILK / I WOULD LIKE OTHER INCLUSIONS

We can make keepsakes with ashes, hair, fabric, dried flowers, umbilical cord, or animal hair set in the jewel.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO YOU NEED?

We usually request a cutting at least 2-3cms long and approximately 3mm thick for best results. However, we do appreciate that sometimes this is not possible so please speak to us if you have any queries.

WILL PALE HAIR SHOW UP WITH BREASTMILK?

If you would like pale hair and natural colour breastmilk together please be aware that the hair may not show up well. We recommend you notify us of the hair colour (with photos if possible) so that we can advise accordingly during the discussion process, before placing your order. If we don't hear from you, we will do our best but cannot be held accountable if you do not like the appearance of the hair in the resin.

I'M AFTER SOME PHOTOS

You can find examples of our jewellery within the individual listings on this website, or you can find photos of most of our pieces in the various photo albums on our Facebook page. If there's anything in particular you would like to see or can't find do please ask and we'll do our best to send you a picture if possible. If you have a particular piece you like the look of/style please do send us a photo so that we can advise accordingly. Please be aware however, that we cannot copy the work of another artist.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? (GUIDELINE ONLY)

Our current lead time is approximately 16-20 weeks from the safe receipt of all the inclusions by us. Please be aware that this is an approximate guideline only and not a precise to the day deadline. If you have a specific date that need the piece for do please let us know and we can discuss it from there. This guide can vary and we will therefore provide an estimated guide at the time of providing payment details for any order you may choose to place. We do not contact you in the event of our lead time being extended, instead we will post information to our Facebook page.

HOW DO I POST THE MILK/INCLUSIONS TO YOU?

From 8th January 2021 we have started sending inclusion kits to our UK customers once you've placed your order. This cost is included in the price of your jewellery. If you have lost your inclusions kit then you can find details on how to send your inclusions here.

DO YOU KEEP LEFTOVER MILK AND OTHER INCLUSIONS?

We keep your preserved milk for a minimum of 12 months after we've shipped your order. Often we'll keep it for longer than that so it's worth checking with us if you'd like to get something else made using the same milk.

We don't keep any other inclusions as we do not have the storage facilities. Ashes inclusions will be returned to you if there is any leftover.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO SEND YOU MY INCLUSIONS?

If you forget to send us your inclusions within two months of ordering, don't panic! After this period we archive your order and place a credit note* on your account for the amount you've already paid. When you're ready to continue with your order please get in contact and we'll explain how to reorder.

*Credit notes are essentially discount codes for the amount you've already paid and as such, they cannot be used alongside any other discount code. This includes our sales where you have to input a code to gain money off/ a free gift etc. This is due to the website software that we use not allowing multiple codes to be used at once.
